Privacy policy
This policy explains how EuroLMS handles personal data collected through this website. It does not cover the learning platforms we operate for our clients, which are governed by each client’s contract and data processing terms.

Data we collect
- Contact and proposal requests: your name, work email, organisation, and optionally your job title, phone number, number of active users, plan of interest and the content of your message.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or social media plugins.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request (steps prior to a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the contact form (our legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data or use it for purposes other than those described here.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract. Server logs are kept for no longer than twelve months.
Who can access it
Your data is accessed only by authorised EuroLMS staff, and by the technical providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
This website runs on a server managed by EuroLMS, hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in the AWS region eu-west-3 (Paris).
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@eurolms.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies. If we measure audience, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that produces aggregated statistics without identifying visitors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
